New science podcast from DYNAMIC:
"Vernetzt Denken, Vernetzt Behandeln“

November 3rd, 2025

The fundamental questions are:

  • What are researchers in the field of mental health currently working on?
  • How can mental health problems be understood and treated more individually?
  • And what changes are emerging in our understanding of mental health and meaningful treatment methods?

Mental disorders are among the most common and most serious health problems. The chances of successful treatment improve with early, precise and individualized treatment. Therefore, researchers from the LOEWE Research Center DYNAMIC want to jointly develop new therapeutic approaches and methodologies.

With the new podcast "Vernetzt Denken, Vernetzt Behandeln", the research center now provides direct insights into current research approaches and developments at the intersections of psychology, psychiatry, neurobiology and computer science.

In each episode, scientists from the LOEWE Research Center DYNAMIC talk about their current research topics - their potentials as well as obstacles on the way to a new, networked understanding of mental health.

The podcast is aimed at anyone who is interested in current research approaches and innovative treatment concepts.

More details on the project can be found in the overview episode "Das Gehirn ist ein dynamisches Netzwerk". The first episode with Dr. Max Berg has already been published.
